Attentive people working here, extremely convenient and wonderful relaxing place. A huge variety of good food for continental breakfast. Unbeatable and excellent location right beside the sea and view of garden. Based not far from beautiful beach at the front, the wonderful Island, and beautiful and quiet Tilos. My favourite property in Livadia.

The location was absolutely perfect and nice for Livadia, very close to Livadia beach as well as harbour / port. Luckily it was close to Omonoia Cafe, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

This perfect, fairly clean property has good continental breakfasts and excellent staff. It has incredible, particularly good setting, so close to greece for twice a year for over 20 years, and a quiet island away from the hustle and bustle of many other touristy destinations. Plus, the hotel is 2 km from Tilos Port Marina. When I am in Livadia, I like staying here.

A great selection of brilliant food at breakfast time. Attentive staff and attention to detail. Ideal location, not very far from Agios Georgios Chapel. And near the wonderful island of Tilos of course, all the other gravely beaches in front of all the other hotels and nice restaurants and cafes.
